Each COURION CART-MATIC VFD Door Controller is customized for your facility's unique operational procedures. COURION's VFD Controller provides the "smarts" to fully operate the doors, car gate, transfer unit, and other operations needed to insure proper performance of your COURION CART-MATIC Cart System.
PLC Based. COURION's CARTMATIC VFD Door Control is built around an industry proven programmable PLC. The PLC unit contains two communication ports which allows the control program to be easily updated to meet your ever changing needs. Superior VFD Motor Control. COURION's new VFD Door Controller utilizes two variable frequency drives to provide superior door and car gate motor control. DL240 CPU The DL240 CPU is a powerful CPU with multiple communication ports. The DL240 is preprogrammed by COURION for your specific needs and requirements. Field adjustments are limited to the four (4) Potentiometers on the face of the CPU.
