Program Coordinator (Course SPOC) – Services Delivery, India Location – Mumbai, India

Many courses are offered and facilitated in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin. Emeritus’ global team includes 700+ employees located in Boston, Dubai, Mexico City, Mumbai, Shanghai, and Singapore.
Key responsibilities of the role We are looking for a competent Program Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out essential operational duties. To be an excellent program coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards
Responsibilities To ensure execution of all task assigned in project management tool (wrike, excel etc) within scheduled time. To update accurate and timely status of all tasks in project management tool To assign tasks to relevant team members like webinar specialists etc To upload the couse content, assignments and tasks in relevant applications in line with specifications and approvals from concerned team. To timely escalate any gap observed to resp. team leader and course leaders To execute and update all errors highlighted in Course Upload by Quality Auditors within 24hours To attend all critical calls and course “kick off” calls and maintain trail of all critical minutes and tasks agreed. To follow-ups with participants on completing assignments. To ensure Level 1 grading for all partipcipants and follow-up/ escalate (as and when needed) with course leaders and Grading teams to ensure participant grading is completed in time. To timely share grading results with concerned team for issuance of certificates. Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (Webinars, Office Hours, Simulation exercises, Learning Management System, etc.) Manage all communications of certificate programs & courses Point of Contact for any questions related to certificate across slack, canvas, emeritus app, etc. Manage course enrolments, setup of teams, setup of slack, communications with Course Leader, Design Team, and Delivery team. Manages up to 12 courses per month Key Skills and Experience 3+ years of customer service experience Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of program management and development procedures Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams Excellent time-management and organizational skills Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office Detail-oriented and efficient Other Requirements Should have a Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University. Master’s is seen as an added advantage.
Experience working for a rapidly growing company strongly desired.
Experience working with a learning/ education/ EdTech company a plus.
Experience working for a global company also a plus.
