TIGUELO, a fresh graduate from Rizal Technological University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary in Education Major in Filipino. I would like to express my desire to be part of your institution, Philippine Teachers Academy. I truly believed that my experiences on different trainings in my pre-service teaching helped me to become prepared to greater challenges that I might face in this job because I am confident enough to say that I am ready to work and do my responsibilities and obligations as a teacher by the help of my skills and pedagogical knowledge that I learned on my training since then. In connection on my pre-service trainings, I have participated in various activities such as leadership trainings and other community development/involvement programs. I am also an alumnus of the International Chorale Group of my previous university. And I may say that these experiences shaped me to be who I am in the present. As an educator, I firmly believed that students must be the center of learning. Giving them the spotlight really helps them to be more involve in the classroom. I also believed that classroom management plays a big role on learning and it must be focused well besides we also need to give emphasis on the different abilities of the children in considering the setup inside the classroom because everyone has their own skills and talents that we must give an attention and must nurture learning must be inclusive. Given my lack of experience in teaching as I am a fresh graduate, I am eager to be trained and I am more than willing to undergo series of workshops, lectures and webinars if you may ask me to do so when you hire me.
