2.JURISPRUDENCE: II b. Module Description. The aims of the module are: This is the second part of the course in which certain main institutions of law will be considered such as ownership, possession, persons & their types, law of property, legal personality, negligence and risk, law of obligation & law of evidence. C. Learning Outcomes: Upon completion of the module, the students will be able to:
Understand the role of law in society. Accumulate knowledge, skills develop and legal attitude. Differentiate between the ownership and possession regarding the law of property. Indicate and differentiate between the rights, duties, obligation & types of persons and personalities. Understand the concept of negligence and risk . Identify the importance of jurisprudence with modern world and with modern laws. learn techniques for improving brain storming. Learn techniques for time management, self presentation with collaboration of supporting class room. Appreciate the theoretical dimensions of obligations and work of individuals and groups.

This course introduces students to Ownership, Possession, persons, Titles, Liabilities. Now they can differentiate between the rights duties & Obligation as well as they will be focus on law of Property, Law of Evidence also. Ownership and their types. Possession and their types; facts and grounds. Nature and legal status and types of person. Vestitive and Divestitive factors of rights, privileges, powers and immunities. Agreements, classes of agreements, void and voidable agreements. Liability or responsibility. Law of obligation. Evidence; law of procedure and substantive law.
